Privacy policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how LDVCLT, operating the Piventra store at piventra.com (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit the Site, make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). For the purposes of applicable data protection law — including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where they apply — LDVCLT, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the data controller.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required (for example, for certain cookies or marketing), we rely on the consent you provide.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact details — name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number;
  • Order information — items purchased, payment confirmation, delivery details;
  • Account information — username, password, and security details, if you create an account;
  • Customer support information — the contents of messages you send us (including return requests, photos of products, and correspondence);
  • Marketing preferences — email/SMS sign-ups and consent records.

Information collected automatically ("Usage Data"): device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, network information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, emails, and advertisements — collected via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: we may receive information from service providers and partners, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors (who collect payment card details directly — we do not store full card numbers), shipping and logistics providers (delivery status), and advertising and analytics partners.

2. How We Use Personal Information

  • Providing the Services — processing payments, fulfilling and shipping orders, managing returns and RMAs, maintaining your account, and sending transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Marketing and advertising — sending marketing emails or texts where permitted, and showing you tailored advertisements on our Site and on third-party platforms. Legal basis: consent where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in promoting our products. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
  • Security and fraud prevention — detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions, abusive returns or chargebacks, and malicious activity; protecting our rights and enforcing our terms. Legal basis: legitimate interests; compliance with legal obligations.
  • Service improvement and analytics — understanding how the Services are used so we can improve them. Legal basis: legitimate interests; consent where required for analytics cookies.
  • Legal compliance — tax, accounting, consumer protection, and responding to lawful requests from authorities. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site (essential cookies), remember your cart and preferences (functional), measure performance (analytics), and deliver and measure advertising (marketing). Our service and advertising partners — including Shopify, Meta Platforms, TikTok, and Google — may set their own cookies or receive Usage Data through pixels and similar tools when you use the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, through the cookie preferences banner on the Site. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are used only with your consent. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where legally required. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and processors acting on our behalf: Shopify Inc. (hosting and e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment/logistics partners, email and SMS marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo), customer-support tooling, and IT/analytics providers;
  • Advertising partners (such as Meta Platforms, TikTok, and Google) for the marketing and retargeting purposes described above — which, under some US state laws, may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," from which you may opt out (Section 8);
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards;
  • Legal requirements — to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LDVCLT, our customers, or others, including enforcing our terms and preventing fraud.

5. International Transfers

We operate internationally: personal information may be processed in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where personal information subject to the UK GDPR or EU GDPR is transferred to countries not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement) implemented by us or our processors.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and fulfill orders, and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting rules), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Order records are typically retained for the period required by applicable commercial and tax law; marketing data is retained until you opt out or it becomes inactive. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, and payment card data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors — we never store full card numbers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to legal conditions and exemptions:

  • Access / portability — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected;
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal information;
  • Objection / restriction — object to or request restriction of certain processing, including direct marketing (which we will always stop on request);
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising — where provided by applicable US state law, opt out of "sharing"/targeted advertising by using the cookie controls on the Site, enabling Global Privacy Control, or contacting us;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

UK and EEA residents additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Canadian residents have rights of access and correction under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law.

To exercise any right, email hello@piventra.com with your request and the email address used on your order. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted, subject to verification.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for, or directed to, individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties; please review their policies. Links do not imply endorsement.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and take any additional steps required by applicable law.
