This website, piventra.com (the "Site"), is operated by LDVCLT ("Piventra," "we," "us," or "our"), Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and all content, tools, and services made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Terms & Conditions of Sale, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use any Services. Purchases are additionally governed by the Terms & Conditions of Sale; if these Terms conflict with the Terms & Conditions of Sale with respect to a purchase, the Terms & Conditions of Sale prevail.

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

We may limit or refuse sales of products to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and may limit quantities per person, household, or order, on a case-by-case basis. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's rendering. Any offer made on the Site is void where prohibited. Any shipping, processing, or delivery timeframe shown anywhere on the Site or in our advertising is an estimate only, is not guaranteed, and creates no contractual commitment; late delivery does not entitle you to any refund or compensation, as set out in our Shipping Policy.   • "Piventra" and associated logos are trademarks of LDVCLT. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use them.

7. User Content, Reviews, and Feedback

  • If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display those Submissions in any media, including for marketing and advertising, without restriction or compensation, and you waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
  • You represent that your Submissions are your own, are accurate, do not infringe any third-party rights, and contain nothing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or malicious. You remain solely responsible for your Submissions.
  • We may (but have no obligation to) monitor, edit, refuse, or remove any Submission at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for Submissions posted by you or any third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may provide access to third-party tools (including payment and checkout services) over which we have no control. We provide these "as is" without warranty of any kind and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third party. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall LDVCLT, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the Site or Services or any product procured through them, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, the Services, or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the transaction giving rise to the claim or US$50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law; in jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LDVCLT and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

13. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them by ceasing to use the Site. We may terminate them — and your access — at any time without notice if, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination, and all provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities), survive termination.

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any operating rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you a non-waivable right to the application of local law or to your local courts, that right is unaffected.
